Affiliate marketing is the right course of action for a marketer who has got the singular confidence, determination and inherent ability to get going in his business all by himself.  Taking on the mantle of an one man organization is a hard call because there is nobody to turn to for advice and there’s also no one to blame if things go screwy.  The buck stops with the owner of the business and with him alone.  Being the master of it all is exactly the factor that gives one the kick, the sense of feat. 

It's like being the captain of your own ship and not some crew member.  One knows one’s destination.  But the waters might be stormy and one must have both the dexterity and the cool headed control to skirt the storm and keep to calm waters.  Only then can the ship reach its destination swiftly and surely. The second point is to not lose patience.  One must inculcate the will to form endurance.  It takes guts and one must have guts.  If it takes pushing oneself to the max, so be it.  If one gets impatience after a few months of business meltdown then all is lost. 

Thirdly, success as affiliate marketer usually relies on one’s resolution to like the freedom and autonomy of doing it all by oneself.  When things are tricky one battles tough to stay afloat while if one is successful, one brags in the sense of victory.  The punch line is “Never give in”. 

Four, there is a large need to imbue order and control in one’s life.  Whether the present is good or bad, discipline must be intact.  One should never forget this. 

Five, success hinges on one key word – optimism.  One must never lose confidence in oneself.  Just as buoyancy rules one’s ship so must buoyancy rule one’s soul.
